Smooth Start Smoothie

1 mango,
1 ripe avocado,
a handful of spinach leaves,
1 tablespoon of chia seed
250-300 ml of almond milk. (Depending on how “thick” you want it)
Preparation time: 10 minutes.

Extra: blender or a tall jug with a hand blender.

Preparation:

Peel the mango and avocado, and cut the flesh into pieces
Fill a measuring cup or tall jug with fruit, vegetables and Chia seed and pour the almond milk.
Puree everything is fine in a blender.
