3 kg red peppers
750 g of tomatoes
half tablespoons chopped parsley
half tablespoons of sugar
3/4 tablespoons of salt
3/4 cup oil
Peppers purify the seeds, cut into small pieces. Tomato peel and grate (I crushed by hand). Vegetables throw into the pot and cook over medium heat until completely rozmiękną. Mass rub through a sieve. Again, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the consistency of thick mashed potatoes. Add the chopped parsley, sugar, salt, oil, and possibly crushed garlic. Mix, and translate into warm sterilized jars and boil them completely submerged for 30 minutes.
