Ingredients: 4 eggs 350g. brown sugar milk 250 250 sunflower oil 1 teaspoon baking soda zest of one lemon 2 tablespoons lemon juice 425gr. pastry flour Glaze: 1 egg 200gr. powdered sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Using a whisk or food processor, beat the sugar with the eggs until frothy and consistent dough. Add the sifted flour and mix using a spatula outflanking. Then incorporate the milk, oil and other ingredients, mix until well integrated to achieve a homogeneous and smooth. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, greased with butter and flour (removing any excess of this) our mold and fill with mass. Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 º, skewers to see if you are ready and if not, give a few more minutes.
